Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup mini vegan chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup dried mulberries
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
Method
- Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl until the maple syrup is evenly distributed
- Turn the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet and with wet hands, press firmly to distribute and create a solid block.
- Bake @ 225 degrees until dry to the touch, about an hour.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool completely before cutting or breaking into chunks, bars or squares. Alternately, loosely crumble to create a nut-based trail mix.
