Inspired by Kale Cafe located in Daytona Beach
Ingredients
- 1 large bunch kale of choice, washed and de-stemmed
- 1 ripe Haas avocado
- 1 tbsp chickpea miso, OR white (soy) miso if not allergic/sensitive
- Nutritional yeast, 1-2 tbsp
- Balsamic condimenti, generous drizzle
- Garlic powder, 1-2 tsp
- Onion powder, 1 tsp
- Red pepper flakes to taste — optional
- Berries of choice for a pop of sweetness and color — optional
Method
- Place all ingredients EXCEPT berries in a large bowl and massage with gloved hands until well combined until the kale is tenter and the volume is reduced by about half.
- Plate, top with berries. Serve immediately.
