Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup mini vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried mulberries
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

Method

  1. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl until the maple syrup is evenly distributed
  2. Turn the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet and with wet hands, press firmly to distribute and create a solid block.
  3. Bake @ 225 degrees until dry to the touch, about an hour.
  4. Remove from oven, allow to cool completely before cutting or breaking into chunks, bars or squares. Alternately, loosely crumble to create a nut-based trail mix.
